ALEX MOLDEN

Alex Molden When trying to find a Speed & Agility Specialist that understands the STAC Creed as a player, coach, professional, thriving husband & father and is trained in the explosive concepts of Speed & Agility, Alex is in a class with very little company. Alex will teach lessons from the Vehicle of a Football Player.

As a player at the University of Oregon from '91-'95, the consensus All-American and All Pac-10 performer led the Ducks to a Pac-10 Championship and Rose Bowl appearance in 1994-1995

A nine-year veteran of the National Football League. Alex was a 1996 first round draft pick for the New Orleans Saints. and also spent time with the San Diego Chargers, Washington Redskins and the Detroit Lions.

He now enjoys using the expertise he gained as a professional athlete to create specific programs for individuals who want to update their fitness routines as well as athletes who desire an edge in their training regimen. His workouts incorporate many dynamic and innovative movements that utilize balance, core strength, overall body control, agility and coordination which are taught at all STAC Camps.

Alex holds a degree in Psychology, an International Sports Science Association certification, youth speed & agility specialist and is Sparq certified.
